Job Title : ServiceNow Lead/Architect

Location : New York

W2 contract

Requirements

Job Description:

  • Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, design, implementation, and administration.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.

  • Proven experience leading ServiceNow development projects and managing teams of developers or administrators.

  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, etc.) and ServiceNow modules (e.g., Service Catalog, CMDB, Change Management).

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, etc.) and external system integrations.

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and best practices for customizing and extending the platform.

  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrade cycles and patch management.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to lead, mentor, and guide teams of ServiceNow developers and administrators.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex environments.
