Requirements
Job Description:

Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, design, implementation, and administration.

Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.

Proven experience leading ServiceNow development projects and managing teams of developers or administrators.

Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, etc.) and ServiceNow modules (e.g., Service Catalog, CMDB, Change Management).

Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, etc.) and external system integrations.

Solid understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and best practices for customizing and extending the platform.

Experience with ServiceNow upgrade cycles and patch management.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to lead, mentor, and guide teams of ServiceNow developers and administrators.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex environments.
