We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Legal Service Architect to join our team on a contract basis. This opportunity is located in Bothell, WA / Atlanta, GA and has long-term potential.

- Legal Requests
- Matter Management
- Integration Experience:
- Integrating legal service delivery with third-party applications
- Communication Skills:
- Effective communication with clients, technical teams, and project stakeholders
- Good documentation skills for project-related documents
- Technical Expertise:
- Microsoft Visio for designing process workflows
- Excel reporting
- ServiceNow ITSM processes (Request Fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management)
- Desirable Qualifications:
- ServiceNow platform administration, implementation, or development experience
- Certification in ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery
