Senior Enterprise Solutions Developer

The position requires a seasoned ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Technical Manager with expertise in developing enterprise-wide architecture, leading multiple development and implementations, providing guidance and leadership with development Team Leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical discussions and reviews, experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform, and industry experience in sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.

The Senior Enterprise Solutions Developer will be responsible for leading the ServiceNow Architecture development, enhancements and implementations, collaborating with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies (i.e., AI and automation), building roadmaps, providing recommendations, leading development and utilization of new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities, and providing assistance to development teams as needed.

• Leading ServiceNow Architecture Development: Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions using ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborating with Customers and Stakeholders: Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions using ServiceNow, leveraging new technologies such as AI and automation to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Building Roadmaps and Providing Recommendations: Create strategic roadmaps and provide expert recommendations on the adoption and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
• Developing and Utilizing New Technologies: Lead the development and implementation of new technologies and services within the ServiceNow platform, driving innovation and improving overall system performance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical leadership skills, initiative to take on additional responsibilities, and the ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts, as well as experience supporting IT-related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.). Excellent written and oral communication skills are also required to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
