Senior Qlik Sense Developer Advanced Analytics & Data Visualization

Must-Have Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Qlik Sense, and Data Visualization
• Strong experience in data modeling, ETL scripting, and dashboard development
• Hands-on with AWS (S3, EMR) and advanced analytics techniques

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analytics teams to deliver self-service BI solutions and customer insights using Qlik Sense.
• Design and develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance Qlik Sense applications with complex data models and optimized load scripts.
• Define and implement standardized KPIs, dashboards, and reports using advanced Qlik features like Set Analysis, Section Access, and dynamic variables.
• Conduct data exploration and statistical analysis to generate actionable insights, even in the absence of complete data.
• Support ad-hoc analytics, opportunity sizing, and empower users through self-service enablement and training.
• Ensure data quality, perform validation, and resolve data integrity issues across multiple sources.
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM development cycles to deliver innovative analytics products.
• Lead end-to-end Qlik engineering: from design and development to deployment and operational support.
• Troubleshoot and manage Qlik Sense app migration, publication, and performance tuning.
• Evaluate and present findings on emerging BI tools and technologies beyond Qlik Sense.

Qualifications:

• 5 8 years of experience in data analytics, BI development, and statistical modeling
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data warehousing and data mart design
• Proficiency in Qlik Sense (must-have), with additional experience in Tableau and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quantitative mindset
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for automation and data manipulation is a plus
• Familiarity with metric definition, data instrumentation, and tracking frameworks
