WHAT WE DO: We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

DTI is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to support our client's NIST CSF Remediation project for a 2 month remote contract. This role will focus on developing and optimizing ServiceNow CMDB dashboards to track and support cybersecurity compliance metrics, while also ensuring data accuracy, classification, and labeling to support audit-readiness and system integrity. The consultant will work directly with the project team and stakeholders to ensure dashboard solutions and CMDB data align with NIST CSF controls and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, or enhance dashboards within ServiceNow that visualize completion metrics for selected CMDB fields.
• Collaborate with the NIST CSF remediation team to understand compliance requirements and ensure dashboards accurately reflect progress and gaps.
• Analyze existing CMDB data structures and propose new dashboards to improve visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset, configuration, and control completeness.
• Ensure accurate data classification, tagging, and labeling within CMDB fields to support security, compliance, and operational reporting.
• Perform periodic reviews of CMDB data to identify inconsistencies or gaps in labeling and recommend improvements.
• Provide guidance on data labeling frameworks and standards that align with cybersecurity governance and NIST CSF controls.
• Ensure all dashboard implementations support ongoing compliance and audit-readiness.
• Provide recommendations on dashboard design best practices to drive operational insights and security alignment.
• Participate in regular project meetings and provide updates on dashboard development, data integrity issues, and metric alignment.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on CMDB and Performance Analytics.
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations within ServiceNow.
• Strong working knowledge of data classification, tagging, and labeling practices within IT or cybersecurity environments.
• Familiarity with CMDB best practices, data structures, and data health indicators.
• Understanding of NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) or comparable security/governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity or IT compliance initiatives is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or relevant certifications
• Experience working on large enterprise-scale CMDB implementations
• Exposure to ITOM, SecOps, or GRC modules in ServiceNow
• Familiarity with utilities/energy industry standards and regulatory environments

Pay rate:$63-$66hr
