• Produce high-quality design and code for shared UI components on aggressive deadlines.
• Provide guidelines and mentoring to application teams on implementing and designing UI components.
• Design and implement comprehensive UI/UX solutions by understanding customer problems, product goals, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with design and platform teams to deliver engaging and consistent user interfaces.
• Participate in all technical aspects of team deliverables, including quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability. Requirements:
• Possess a passion for software development, problem-solving, coaching, and mentoring other software engineers.
• Hold 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing user experience and server-side application frameworks.
• Demonstrate exceptional Java and JavaScript skills.
• Exhibit deep knowledge and experience with declarative meta-data driven frameworks for enterprise applications.
• Display deep knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, REST, and associated technologies.
• Show knowledge of web user interface unit testing, profiling, and code tuning. About ServiceNow
