ServiceNow Developer- ITSM

We are Hiring Senior ServiceNow Developers - (ITSM)

Location - Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Noida

Experience - 5 + years.

PFB JD

1. Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
2. Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, Service Catalog).
3. Experience in data upload and configuration in CMDB and other ITSM modules.
4. Hands-on experience in Service Portal.
5. Hands-on experience in AI, ML, Chatbot, Mobile App.
6. Good understanding of ServiceNow customization & custom development of forms, fields, and workflow.
7. SNOW administration experience with good troubleshooting skills.
8. Knowledge in the development of custom modules preferred.
9. Knowledge in other modules viz.Project Management, Timecard, etc.
10. Knowledge in CMDB, Discovery, and integration with other external modules.
11. Hands-on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX.
12. Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID Server, etc )
13. Good understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes.
14. ITIL Foundation v3 certification & ServiceNow Administration certification preferred
