Provides full support to Program/Project Managers in their role of delivering projects, focusing on project schedule, cost, and finance information to aid control and monitoring.

Works within a structured team environment, with some having line management responsibilities.

The Project Analyst should gather and analyze data, establish and maintain corporate business policies, processes, and procedures.

Support departments by providing accurate and timely reporting. Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Financial Planning;
  • Monitors and Reviews Budget Report;
  • Works on the Overall Project Schedule and Provides Status Updates;
  • Develops, Designs, and Establishes Reporting Standards;
  • Develops Communication Plan for the Project;
  • Understands Client Requirements;
  • Sets Goals and Targets;
  • Coordinates Across Business Units Affecting the Project;
  • Collaborates Closely with the Project Team;
  • Executes Standard Project Management Processes Accurately and On Time. You Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree – Preferred in IT or Engineering;
  • 3-4 Years of Experience in IT in a Projectized Environment;
  • Any Project Management Certification / Training Would Be an Advantage;
  • Must Have Experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office;
  • Strong Organizational Skills Required; Including Good Time Management Skills;
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Both Written and Oral);
  • Ability and Comfort Interacting with All Levels of Management, Business Leaders, and Technology Stakeholders;
  • Strong Attention to Detail;
  • Motivated, Reliable Self-Starter;
  • Team Player with a Positive Attitude.
