Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow CMDB consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including proficiency in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Mapping
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application to CMDB management
• Experience with CI discovery and reconciliation processes
