Key Required Skills

• Experience analyzing the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal. Position Description
• Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
• Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews.
• Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
• Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities, including prototypes, and oral presentations.
• Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications for their practice expertise. Skills Requirements FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)
• Bachelor's and 3 years of experience, Master's and 1 year of experience or 7+ in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer.
• 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
• Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
• Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
• Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.).
• Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
• Experience with the US Federal Government.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement. FACTORS TO HELP YOU SHINE (Required Skills)
• These skills will help you succeed in this position:
• Required ServiceNow required certification: Certified System Administrator (baseline), Certified Application Developer (baseline).
• Additional ServiceNow CIS certification with preference for the following: CIS - Customer Service Management, CIS - IT Service Management, CIS - Discovery, CIS - Service Mapping, CIS - Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS - Application Portfolio Management, CIS - Software Asset Management, CIS - Hardware Asset Management.
• 3+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR.
• 3+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.).
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions. HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD (Desired Skills)
• Showcase your knowledge of modern development through the following experience or skills:
• Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols.
• Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals.
• Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
• Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR.
• Project Management or Agile certification.
• ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
• Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment. Education
