ServiceNow Specialist with Telecom Network/Service Exp Remote Contract Opportunity Job requirements What we're looking for As a consulting contractor, you will be an integral part of the Technology Solutions organization. You will influence the Managed Services technology stack, support systems, and tooling design to deliver great customer experiences. You will work closely with the Product Management team to define customer requirements for the streamlined Managed Network Services (MNS) offering. You will drive these requirements with the IT, Network, Technology and vendor organizations to deliver these solutions across the quote, order, bill, and support experiences. You'll need to have... Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or similar field Ten or more years of relevant work experience. Six or more years of ServiceNow deployment and development experience in providing B2B advanced networking, SaaS or telecommunications solutions Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making. Experience with understanding consumer insights, market trend analysis, usability testing, rapid prototyping and analytics. Experience in operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand. Technical experience Serve as a ServiceNow technical expert, collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Translate business requirements into effective and efficient ServiceNow solution implementations. Review and analyze existing Verizon applications and workflows to identify areas for improvement and further integration with ServiceNow Integrate and Deploy AI tools help isolate and reduce incident impact. Extensive experience on Developer Portal & API for Service Now Key Modules where proven expertise is needed Telecom Service Management Telecom Order Management Continuous Authorization & Monitoring Service Bridge Telecom Service Ops Mgmt (TSOM) Telecom Network Inventory Field Service Operations Predictive AIOPs
