Sr ServiceNow Architect with Security Clearance

Job Description:

Credence Management Solutions is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to assist in the technical solution and development/implementation of applications leveraging the modules and customization as necessary to ensure the required business outcomes are delivered. Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate roll-out of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow.
• Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop and design solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible. Requirements:
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on integration experience in ServiceNow.
• Experience in a ServiceNow platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts. Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow System Administration certifications.
• ServiceNow Scripting.
• ITIL v3 Foundations certified.
• Advanced ITIL certifications. Working Conditions:
