Job Summary
Our organization is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Manager to oversee the full lifecycle implementation of our ServiceNow platform. This individual will act as a strategic bridge between our management and development teams, both in the U.S. and nearshore.
About the Role This position requires a highly skilled ServiceNow expert with at least 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and team leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in English (C1+ level).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between U.S. stakeholders and nearshore ServiceNow development team.
- Drive full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and oversee project deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven track record in end-to-end implementations.
- Strong experience in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1+ level).
Bonus Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or other HR modules within ServiceNow is a plus.
