Senior ServiceNow Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the implementation of our ServiceNow platform. As a Senior ServiceNow Project Manager, you will serve as a strategic bridge between our management and development teams.

This role requires 10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including end-to-end implementations, project management, and team leadership. You will analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions, driving full lifecycle implementations of the platform.

• Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between U.S. stakeholders and nearshore ServiceNow development team.
• Project Management: Drive full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform, manage project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
• Configuration and Process Improvements: Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven track record in end-to-end implementations.
• Strong experience in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1+ level).

Bonus Skill: Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or other HR modules within ServiceNow.
