As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Servicenow integrations with third-party systems. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive projects forward. About the Role

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of certified Servicenow applications integrated with external platforms.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Ensure robust bidirectional data flow between Servicenow and third-party systems. Responsibilities
• Design and develop complex Servicenow integrations with third-party systems.
• Mentor junior developers and oversee code reviews and QA processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and certification teams to finalize scope, timelines, and delivery strategy.
• Own the documentation and requirements-gathering process by working directly with stakeholders. Requirements
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 7+ years of JavaScript experience.
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
• Proven experience delivering certified Servicenow Store apps.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST API development, and complex Servicenow workflows.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and platform security best practices. Benefits

• Contractor role: 6–8 months total. Includes 1–2 months scoping with the client (leading workshops, discovery, hiring), followed by 4–6 months of delivery depending on discovery outcomes. Renewable contract.
• Full-time dedication (40 hours/week).
