Senior ServiceNow Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ServiceNow projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and a proven track record in end-to-end implementations. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the nearshore ServiceNow development team.
• Drive full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform, managing project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements. Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven track record in end-to-end implementations.
• Strong experience in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1+ level). Bonus:
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or other HR modules within ServiceNow.
