Strategic ServiceNow Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to oversee the implementation of our platform, driving end-to-end solutions and translating business requirements into technical configurations.
This role involves serving as a strategic bridge between U.S.-based management teams and nearshore technical teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as liaison between U.S. stakeholders and nearshore ServiceNow development team
- Driving full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform
- Managing project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration
- Analyzing business needs and translating them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements
- Leading requirement-gathering sessions and overseeing project deliverables
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, a proven track record in end-to-end implementations, strong project management and team leadership skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
Bonus points for candidates with experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or other HR modules within ServiceNow. This is a remote opportunity offering the chance to work in a global environment and lead strategic ServiceNow initiatives. Key Skills and Qualifications:
