Senior Integration Specialist: ServiceNow and CMMS

Job Description

The role of Lead ServiceNow Developer is a highly autonomous and impactful position that requires deep technical expertise and leadership. The developer will lead the end-to-end delivery of a certified integration application between ServiceNow and a healthcare-focused CMMS platform.

This involves leading the design, development, and deployment of a certified ServiceNow app integrated with the CMMS platform. The developer will architect and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable integrations supporting attachments and templated requests.

The successful candidate will ensure robust bidirectional data flow between ServiceNow and the CMMS using REST APIs and IntegrationHub. They will define and enforce best practices and coding standards across the development team.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including 7+ years of JavaScript experience and at least 2 years in a technical leadership or architecture role. They must be able to deliver certified ServiceNow Store apps and have expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST API development, and complex ServiceNow workflows.

In addition, the candidate should have deep knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and platform security best practices. Experience with attachments, custom forms, and templated request workflows is also essential. Key Responsibilities

• Prior integration of ServiceNow with third-party SaaS systems.
• Familiarity with asset management or maintenance request workflows in healthcare or enterprise environments.
