ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
A global business transformation partner is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to design and develop innovative solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, driving customer and employee experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer journey optimization, including touchpoints in marketing, sales, and commerce, as well as strong knowledge of employee lifecycle touch points such as onboarding, daily productivity, and career development. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
- Utilise ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build modern, intuitive user interfaces.
- Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Requirements:
- Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
- Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow-specific tools like Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external systems to create end-to-end workflows. Benefits:
