Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CSM architect to support on transversal design topics and with special focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and prototyping solutions leveraging SN product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Good knowledge of CSDM
  • Excellent product roadmap awareness
  • Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
  • Experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
  • Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB…).
  • Portal management and customization
  • Excellent knowledge of CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal , Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences
  • Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • English: Excellent.
  • Excellent communication: ability to explain complex topics to a non IT audience, active listening and supportive attitude
  • Proactive: propose help and assistance in design activities, detect room for improvement and look for optimizations
  • Team player: you will be a key asset to the team and need to be willing to support and jump in when things get complicated

Requirements:

  • 10+ years Hands-on ServiceNow with 6+ years on CSM & CSM Portal.
