ServiceNow Solutions Architect - Experienced Professional

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect - Technical Expert

About the Role: This is a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced CSM architect to support transversal design topics with a special focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CSM Portal and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
• Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication: ability to explain complex topics to a non-IT audience, active listening and supportive attitude

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Excellent product roadmap awareness
• 10+ years Hands-on ServiceNow with 6+ years on CSM & CSM Portal
• English: Excellent
