Expert ServiceNow Solutions Architect Wanted

Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our team on a 6-month contract basis with possible extensions. This role involves hybrid working with occasional travel to Bristol or London, and can be based anywhere in the UK.

Key responsibilities:

• Apply technical governance framework for the platform

Required skills and qualifications:

• Solutions Architect experience with extensive Service Now platform expertise
• Deep understanding of ITSM, ITAM, SAM/HAM Pro, ITOM, Agent Client Collector (ACC), Discovery, Cloud Discovery, WSD (Reservation mgt), CSM, HRSD, SPM
• ServiceNow integrations to 3rd party apps and technologies experience
• Affinity with Agile environments within a Government setting
