Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CSM architect to support on transversal design topics with a special focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. Expertise in CSM Portal and integrations is highly valued.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• Familiarity with CSDM is necessary for this role.
• Awareness of the product roadmap is excellent.
• Strong knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer is required.
• Experience with scripted APIs and Integration Hub is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features is crucial.
• Portal management and customization skills are necessary.
• Excellent knowledge of CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, and Service Catalog definition and setup is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow, with at least 6 years on CSM & CSM Portal, is expected.
• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities, are highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to a non-IT audience, active listening, and a supportive attitude, are necessary.
• A proactive approach, proposing help and assistance in design activities, detecting room for improvement, and looking for optimizations, is expected.
• A team player mindset, willing to support and jump in when things get complicated, is crucial.
