As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that help our customers achieve their strategic goals.
This involves documenting, prioritizing, and supporting the delivery of customized solutions that enable efficient work management and project success.
You will lead workshops with customer stakeholders to identify requirements, validate business designs, and recommend process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, preferably with expertise in at least two products.
Additionally, they should have a background in management consulting, process design, or product management, as well as experience partnering with key stakeholders and presenting to executives.
Key skills include facilitating client workshops, communicating process recommendations, managing stakeholder engagement, and possessing ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is also required.
