Advanced ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Senior ServiceNow Developer A highly skilled Senior ServiceNow developer is sought to design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment. Key areas of focus include implementing CMDB/SAM/HAM solution design using best industry practices, facilitating requirements gathering, and documenting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including Integration HUB, Discovery, IRE rules, Workflow, UI Actions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Roles / Groups.

Responsibilities:

• Implement CMDB/SAM/HAM solution design using best industry practices.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements.
• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and any other configurations required to support client processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 5 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps and transform scripts.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is desired.
• Deep understanding of Software Portfolio Management.

Preferred Skills:

• Solid ServiceNow Developer knowledge.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio with UI Builder.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
