A distinguished ServiceNow developer is required to spearhead the technical solution and development/implementation of applications leveraging out-of-the-box (OOTB) modules and customization as necessary. The ideal candidate will deliver products and services defined throughout the life cycle of the project, resolve post-production deficiencies, and manage and participate in designing and developing solutions using various OOTB modules such as Product Catalog, ServiceNow Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, Notifications, Integration, Content Management System (CMS), and ITSM Modules.

The responsibilities include ensuring all development aligns with the architecture principles of ServiceNow and is reusable, reliable, and adaptive. The developer must manage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, migrating to Production (update sets), and work closely with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and refine data requirements. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient with business rules, client script, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, flow designer, notifications, and have good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts.

Requirements and Qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• Mid-level (3+ years) hands-on integration experience in ServiceNow
• Senior level (5+ years) hands-on integration experience in ServiceNow
• Experience in a ServiceNow platform for Low-Code/No-Code Development
• Good problem solver and out-of-the-box thinker

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
