The successful candidate will take ownership of architecting, maintaining, and optimizing ITSM tools to improve user experience, productivity, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities As the ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will create ITSM solutions that align with enterprise applications and security policies. Design and present ITSM architectural proposals for various projects and initiatives. Provide guidance to IT leadership on the impact of ITSM architectural recommendations, challenges, and plans. Offer comprehensive back-end support, troubleshooting, system integrations, upgrades, administration, and maintenance for ITSM tools. Collaborate with business units, customers, and engineering teams to gather requirements and implement changes or upgrades to ITSM tools.
