About the Job "> ">

• The Software Engineer will develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on documented requirements.">
• They will work individually or as part of a team to review and test software components for adherence to design requirements.">
• Responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, debugging existing software, providing recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards, designing and coding new software or modifying existing software to add new features, integrating existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments, developing simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories, and applying knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and/or Service Portal.">
• The ideal candidate will have experience with programming languages and databases, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript."> ">

Required Skills and Qualifications "> ">

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.">
• Four years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.">
• Two years of experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.">
• Four years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery is required.">
• CWIP IAT Level II IT Qualifications.">
• Experience creating and implementing scripts, business rules, policies, ACLs and otherwise configuring or modifying ServiceNow applications to meet requirements.">
• Experience integrating third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow using REST and SOAP.">
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification OR ServiceNow Application Developer certification is required."> ">
