Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain and perform continual service improvements on implemented modules (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM).
• Transition other applications such as SharePoint to ServiceNow.

About You: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing information management and workflow solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining and providing continuous improvement of implemented modules, establishing new capabilities, and transitioning other business workflows from applications like SharePoint.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent teamwork, customer service, and technical skills to optimize business processes for effective mission delivery. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to think creatively, and handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.

Required Qualifications:

• Current TS/SCI clearance
• 5+ Years of in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting
• 5+ Years of Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development. Preferred modules: ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM
• 5+ Years of Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
• 5+ years' Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• 10 years troubleshooting production problems related to software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with equivalent experience in one or more of the following: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
