About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, particularly in implementing and managing IT service management (ITSM) and configuration management database (CMDB) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and mature CMDB, ITSM, and other ServiceNow modules by organizing and applying updated policy and workflows.
• Drive development of business process into ServiceNow applications to create self-service catalog improvements.
• Design and implement custom ServiceNow workflows to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide expertise in ServiceNow data loads, transform maps, and XMLs.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting in ServiceNow for complex software problems and bug fixes.

Requirements:

• At least 16 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
• Experience with federal policy and NIST RMF is a plus.

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $125,000 to $175,000 per year. Our total compensation package includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
