Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager with ServiceNow Expertise

SAIC has an immediate opening for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Provide support to IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Offer Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
• Support the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.
• Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, as well as installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity, and configures network components.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI and Poly clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• 4 years of experience with Service Management (ITSM).
• 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 1 year of experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• DoD 8570 compliance Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.
