Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Strategist

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Austin, TX

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead the development of an ITSM / Platform roadmap and transformation plan for a large financial services client. This role requires deep functional expertise, strategic planning capabilities, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of ITSM and ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 roadmap planning engagements.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes and their application in financial institutions.
• Experience working with ServiceNow areas: ITSM, Service Mapping, Catalogs, CMDB, CSDM, SPM
• Proven ability to analyze current-state architectures and define future-state solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financials industry preferred.

Certifications (Preferred):

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
