Beyond20 seeks an experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant to join our digital transformation practice. Key Responsibilities
- Leverage the ServiceNow platform to lead solutioning efforts.
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for client-facing sales teams.
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from clients, prospects, and Beyond20 colleagues.
- Guide strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreements.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events, such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
- Lead customer technical demos, both live and via remote meeting tools.
- Build 'proof of concept' systems as appropriate.
- Assist with proposal content and support the RFP/RFQ response team as needed. Servicing Beyond20 as a ServiceNow Evangelist
- Write blog postings, articles, and white papers.
- Perform speaking engagements and lead webinars on ServiceNow and related topics.
- Regularly attend professional organization meetings and conferences.
- Participate in online groups and discussion forums on relevant topics.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Proven pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in one or more ServiceNow product areas.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform and technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and professional services teams.
- A willingness to travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective C-level audience engagement.
The ideal candidate will have < 25% travel requirements.
