Software Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. This is a highly technical role that involves engineering services and delivering innovative enhancements across various ServiceNow modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the core ServiceNow platform by developing and deploying updates based on customer requirements. The role includes customizing ServiceNow applications, configuring the user interface and workflows, and collaborating with System Engineers and developers.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of sixteen years of relevant experience with a bachelor's or master's degree. You should also have a strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR Module, Customer Service Management, Asset Management, and more. Additionally, you should have proven success in developing ServiceNow products using JavaScript and other coding applications, as well as experience in Database Administration (Oracle or MySQL).

Benefits

This position offers a total compensation package of $327,700, which includes a base salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, training budget, and phone stipend. The benefits package includes 30 days annual PTO, 15% company retirement contribution, and all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. Annual bonuses range from 3% to 5% of base pay, and there is a $100 monthly cell phone stipend.
