We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on enhancing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with Product Management to understand and address customer needs with innovative solutions.
- Propose enhancements to processes, technologies, and interfaces to optimize team efficiency and minimize technical debt.
- Anticipate component usage and assess capacity requirements proactively.
- Contribute valuable input during story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning sessions.
- Take part in product and solution design efforts to resolve critical challenges and complex issues.
- Design and develop cross-Product solutions within ServiceNow to fulfill stakeholder objectives.
- Engage in troubleshooting and investigation to identify, analyze, and rectify issues efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed ServiceNow products.
- Mentor junior engineers by offering technical guidance and expertise.
- Actively participate in the engineering community, staying informed on the latest software technologies and best practices, while sharing your insights with colleagues.
Skills:
- Ensure compliance with relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Design, code, test, optimize, and document ServiceNow scripts, workflows, triggers, and actions according to established standards.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model (CSDM) is essential.
- Extensive experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- A strong background in developing and managing a Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Participate in peer reviews to assess and enhance code quality.
- Manage ServiceNow enhancements that contribute to business performance improvement.
- Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and application development practices.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM products and their development processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4 years of experience in a similar field, or alternative combinations such as a master's degree with 2 years' experience, Ph.D. with less than 1 year of experience, or 16 years in the field.
- Certifications in ServiceNow system administration and/or application development (CSA, CAD) are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Micro or Implementation Certifications.
- Agile Certifications.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $99,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year, based on the candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Additional compensation may include performance-based incentives.

We offer a flexible vacation policy, allowing eligible employees to take paid time off as needed, along with seven paid holidays a year and up to 160 hours of paid wellness time for personal or family health.
