Akkodis is partnered with one of North America's leading Canadian banks to recruit a Director, BCM/IRM Product Owner (ServiceNow) to drive strategy and evolution of their BCM / IRM Capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Own the product strategy and roadmap for BCM/IRM modules within ServiceNow, aligning capabilities to enterprise business continuity and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Partner with risk, business continuity, audit, compliance, and technology teams to gather requirements and support delivery on user stories.
• Backlog & Prioritization: Translate business needs into detailed requirements and prioritize features in the product backlog.
• Risk Management & Security: Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and regulatory standards.
• Reporting & Analytics: Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years of experience focused on BCM and/or IRM.
• 3+ years as Product Owner or Manager related experience within a ServiceNow environment, preferably related to BCM or IRM modules.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of continuity planning, operational risk management, and integrated risk frameworks.
• ServiceNow Certifications preferred.

A strategic mind and a collaborative leadership style are also essential. Experience driving change and enabling cost optimization is highly desirable.
