ServiceNow Technical Specialist

Job Description:

The Software Developer will support the team in various activities including maintaining and enhancing the core ServiceNow platform, developing and deploying updates based on customer requirements, customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications, collaborating with System Engineers and developers to develop solutions, identifying system deficiencies, recommending solutions, ensuring reliable development/production environments, participating in ongoing production support, documenting testing and maintenance of system corrections, researching new technologies, and designing, developing, and modifying enterprise-wide systems.
