ServiceNow Specialist, Configuration Management Database

This role will be an essential member of our Bausch Health IT team, working on a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

The ServiceNow Developer will focus on continuous improvements and automation for ServiceNow, innovating and learning new skills as required. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform application configuration, design, and development within the ServiceNow platform.
• Build data integration and automated orchestration workflows.
• Ensure solutions are engineered according to corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow applications and related modules, including REST APIs and integrations.
• ServiceNow certifications - System Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
