Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer - Agile Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team as an Agile Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions using Agile methodologies.

About the Role:

• Work closely with Technology & Innovation Architects and Business Analysts to define agile requirements and drive SLDC processes from design to implementation.
• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow-based solutions, including scoped applications, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, business rules, workflow administration, and reports.
• Facilitate rollouts of new applications, enhancements, and new modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, and non-technical users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain clear and concise technical documentation, utilizing the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development.
• 5+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow scoped application development experience.
• 3+ years of JavaScript programming experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience working in an IT service environment supporting proprietary applications.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and experience with scripting in ServiceNow (scoped app, business rules, script includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.).
