We are hiring a seasoned ServiceNow CMDB & Service Mapping Architect

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced expert to lead enterprise-wide Configuration Management and Service Mapping initiatives, defining strategies, architectures, and roadmaps across multiple business units and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the CMDB and Service Mapping strategy, architecture, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Lead end-to-end Service Mapping engagements, from discovery and dependency mapping to certification and operational handover.
• Serve as the technical lead and design authority, reviewing solutions from developers and integration teams.
• Establish data governance models, relationship mapping standards, and lifecycle management processes for Configuration Items (CIs).
• Conduct CMDB maturity assessments, recommend improvements, and enable CMDB health dashboards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, and App teams to drive adoption and ensure data completeness.

Requirements:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB and Discovery (Mandatory)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in IT, 6+ years focused on ServiceNow CMDB & Service Mapping
• • Deep understanding of ITIL, Configuration Management, and Service Management
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
