• Evolving our ServiceNow instance into a DevOps-compliant environment", "
• Enhancing our CMDB, ensuring high integration and automation levels", "
• Simplifying and accelerating ITSM processes, boosting team efficiency and service quality", "
• Managing ServiceNow Production Platform with a wide perspective and product knowledge ", "

Requirements: ", "

To succeed in this role, you will need: ", "

• At least 3 years of experience implementing ServiceNow integrations and administering the platform", "
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) and their implementation", "
• Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and REST/SOAP APIs", "
• Designing and implementing workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor", "
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM , and best practices for managing CI relationships", "
• Creating reports, KPIs, and dashboards for ITSM process monitoring", "
• Experience with third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other connectors", "
• Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing ServiceNow enhancements and deployments", "
• Certifications: ITIL v4, ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Platform Implementation, ServiceNow IT Service Management (Fundamental / Implementation), ServiceNow CMDB", "
• Excellent communication skills in English, problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills ", "
