The Opportunity
We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to contribute to a strategic transformation program.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Evolving our ServiceNow instance into a DevOps-compliant environment.
- Enhancing our CMDB, ensuring high-level integration and automation.
- Simplifying and accelerating ITSM processes, boosting team efficiency and service quality.
- Managing ServiceNow Production Platform with a wide perspective and product knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience implementing ServiceNow integrations and administering the platform.
- ServiceNow Administration: Configuration and maintenance, user management, groups, roles, and permissions.
- ServiceNow Development: Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- ITSM Management: Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) and their implementation.
- Workflows and Automation: Designing and implementing workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- CMDB and Configuration Management: In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and best practices for managing CI relationships.
- Reports and Dashboards: Creating reports, KPIs, and dashboards for ITSM process monitoring.
- ServiceNow Integrations: Experience with third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other connectors.
- ServiceNow CSM
- Process Optimization: Ability to analyze and improve ITSM processes by leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
- Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing ServiceNow enhancements and deployments.
- Documentation and Training: Writing user guides, technical documentation, and conducting training sessions for users and administrators
- Certifications: ITIL v4, ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Platform Implementation, ServiceNow IT Service Management (Fundamental / Implementation), ServiceNow CMDB.
- Strong communication skills in English, problem-solving and analytical skills, and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, self-starter, autonomous, quick learner.
