Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Consultant Location: Remote Job Type: [Full-Time/Contract] Experience Level: Mid to Senior-Level Reports To: ServiceNow Practice Manager / IT Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and proven expertise in the ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), and ITAM (IT Asset Management) modules. The candidate must hold current ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and integrations in line with best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate requirements, offering technical insights and feasible solutions.
• Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to support user and business needs.
• Lead technical workshops and solution design sessions with clients.
• Perform instance upgrades, patching, and system health monitoring as needed.
• Support data migration, integrations, and automation efforts across ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with governance and development standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and consultants.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, customizations, and technical designs.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow in a technical capacity.
• Strong development experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications from ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in scripting languages used in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide, etc.).
• Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Familiarity with CMDB and Discovery in the context of ITOM.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, development standards, and release/version management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM Implementation Specialist, ITOM Practitioner, ITAM Specialist).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
