Job Description

Expert in Service Now development, administration and configuration, and development.

Business rules - Client scripts - UI policies - Data policies ACLs - UI actions - Script includes - Transform -maps Workflows - Form and list configuration with multiple views - Database views, Inbound Actions.

Experience in implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and expertise in Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST APIs.

Working experience with Service Now modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, Knowledge Base is an added advantage.

Responsible for the gathering technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools / systems.

Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.

Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
