Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer About the Job

UW Medicine IT Services (ITS) has an outstanding job opportunity for a Lead ServiceNow Developer. This role is responsible for leading the design and implementation of the ServiceNow platform to effectively meet the needs of UW Medicine. Key Responsibilities

• Leading the coordination and oversight of operational activities and system maintenance to ensure standard services are meeting targets
• Establishing and maintaining technical oversight of ServiceNow to promote an optimal and sustainable platform
• Prioritizing and distributing workload throughout the team, managing day-to-day workflow, and reporting status to the manager
• Providing advice, coaching, and mentorship to team on work techniques, best practices, and operational expertise Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, or related field
• ServiceNow Certifications for System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist
• ITIL Foundation certification
• 5+ years' experience in software development with demonstrated progression in responsibilities About UW Medicine
