About the position
The ServiceNow Platform Administrator will be responsible for the operational support, incident and problem resolution, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of the ServiceNow system and will involve a variety of administrative activities. The administrator will perform day-to-day administration tasks, which include making approved changes to forms, tables, reports, configuration changes, and workflows. Additionally, the role will support upgrade activities and implement new solutions in ServiceNow to meet customer requirements. The administrator will troubleshoot problems, implement bug fixes, and conduct root cause analysis to ensure the platform operates efficiently. They will assist with upgrade planning, testing, and implementation between development and production instances. This includes managing integrations and maintaining Mid server installations. A strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) modules and automation workflows is essential, as well as a solid architectural understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its infrastructure. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of administering ServiceNow, Mid servers, and integrations, along with experience and working knowledge of various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, SAMPro, APM, CSDM, and CMDB. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity and performance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Responsibilities

Requirements

- Experience with ITOM, HRSD, IRM, SAMPro, APM, CSDM, and CMDB modules. ,
- Strong architectural knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and infrastructure.
