About the Role
We are seeking a Program and Solutions Manager to support high-impact ServiceNow Gen AI and Workday Workforce Service Delivery (WSD) initiatives for a dynamic enterprise client. The Program and Solutions Manager will lead the strategic planning, contractor management, and execution of ServiceNow Gen AI and Workday WSD implementations while overseeing solution architecture and delivery for enterprise-wide initiatives. This dual role will involve working closely with other project managers and stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Contractor Management: Oversee the onboarding, coordination, and performance of contractors within program teams for both ServiceNow Gen AI and Workday WSD projects, ensuring seamless execution across design, build, test, deployment, and hypercare phases.
- ServiceNow Gen AI Business Case and Planning: Develop and refine the business case for ServiceNow Gen AI adoption, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI projections, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. Create detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Workday WSD Program Management: Lead program management for Workday WSD initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver workforce service delivery solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Solutions Management: Act as a Solutions Manager, designing and overseeing the architecture of ServiceNow Gen AI and Workday WSD solutions, ensuring integration, scalability, and alignment with enterprise-wide business needs.
- Enterprise-Wide Collaboration: Partner with project managers, IT, HR, and business units across the organization to align ServiceNow Gen AI and Workday WSD initiatives with enterprise priorities, driving cohesive solution delivery.
- Program Management: Lead the ServiceNow Gen AI and Workday WSD implementations, managing scope, budget, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality outcomes.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with dedicated program teams and other project managers to execute all project phases, fostering effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.
- Gen AI Implementation Leadership: Drive the integration and deployment of ServiceNow Gen AI features, ensuring solutions enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience in operational processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for the client and Sailteam.io, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues, including during onsite engagements in Newark, NJ.
- Onsite Collaboration: Travel to the client’s Newark, NJ location up to 25% of the time to facilitate meetings, workshops, and project alignment with client teams and other project managers.
- Change Management: Support user adoption through training, documentation, and hypercare activities, ensuring smooth transition to ServiceNow Gen AI and Workday WSD solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to measure program success for both initiatives, reporting progress to client and Sailteam.io leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Workday Pro, SAFe Agilist) preferred.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years managing ServiceNow implementations.
- Proven expertise in contractor management for large-scale IT projects.
- Experience with AI or Gen AI initiatives, preferably within ServiceNow’s platform.
- 2+ years of experience with Workday implementations, particularly Workforce Service Delivery (WSD) or HR technology solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including Gen AI capabilities and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Workday WSD configuration, integration, and deployment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL processes.
- Expertise in solution architecture for enterprise applications.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on contractor coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating with multiple project managers across an organization.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in business case development, solution design, and problem-solving.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with consulting firms or third-party vendors like Sailteam.io.
- Ability to travel and work onsite in Newark, NJ, as needed.
