Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support their enterprise ServiceNow platform initiatives. This individual will be responsible for the design, development, administration, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions to streamline ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or other modules based on organizational needs. The role involves collaborating closely with process owners, business stakeholders, and other technical team members to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions using best practices across modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, and custom applications.
• Administer the ServiceNow platform, including user access, instance upgrades, and configuration management.
• Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integration points using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Customize UI policies, service catalog items, and dashboards to meet functional requirements.
• Perform regular platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Manage instance cloning, patching, and upgrade activities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configuration and customizations.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and provide recommendations on new features.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in a technical role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications like CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, or Application Developer preferred.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
