Business Analyst/Consultant Global HR ServiceNow Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global HR Requirements Business Analyst to support the successful redesign of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) across our global enterprise. This role will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across regions, ensuring alignment with global HR processes and ServiceNow capabilities.
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global HR Requirements Business Analyst to support the successful redesign of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) across our global enterprise. This role will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across regions, ensuring alignment with global HR processes and ServiceNow capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with global HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and document our HR Service Catalogue and convert to functional and non-functional requirements for ServiceNow HRSD. Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable global requirements and user stories. Ensure requirements align with global HR policies, compliance standards, and ServiceNow best practices. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit requirements and validate solutions. Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and implementation partners to ensure accurate configuration and delivery. Assist in the development of test plans, scripts, and user acceptance testing (UAT), conducting and coordinating business UAT Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts related to global HR processes.
Qualifications: Required: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR systems implementation, with at least 2 years focused on HR Case Management Systems ie ServiceNow, Salesforce. Proven experience in global requirements gathering and documentation. Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., onboarding, case management, knowledge management, employee lifecycle). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment. Strongly Preferred: ServiceNow HRSD knowledge / certification
