Sr ServiceNow Business Analyst (ITSM & ITAM, HAM/SAM Impl. )

Location: Rockville, MD - Hybrid / Remote but an occasional visit 2X a month is required. DMV areas candidate preferred.

Duration: Long term

End Client: Federal

Pay rate: Market/Flexible

Previous ServiceNow implementation experience is required. ITAM (SAM & HAM) & ITSM, CMDB, and Integration experience is essential. Especially ITAM, as they are going to do a full implementation of ITAM.

JD:

• Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines
• 10 + years of overall experience. 5+ years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects with a strong focus on ITSM, ITAM (SAM & HAM), CMDB, and Integration.
• Proven experience implementing and managing complex ServiceNow integrations between different instances.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM (SAM & HAM), CMDB, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Familiarity with CLIENT operational requirements and federal government service management processes is a plus.
• Experience with data governance, risk management, and change control processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable. Seniority level
